If you use a filing system for your to-dos, create folders numbered from 1 - 31. Try to complete tasks that need your attention within 2 - 3 business days. Otherwise you will start to fall behind and clients/staff members will start asking whats going on. Then place each task into the corresponding day that you need to complete the task by.
It only took a short period of time and all I have to do is call into the office to ask someone to power on my computer. From that point on, I just click two shortcut icons that I have created on my desktop, log into my system and voila - Im in! Until next time, Take care - of your clutter!
