All these contribute to your self-esteem. Those who give more speeches tend to have higher salaries than those who give less or no speeches. Public speaking satisfies your sense of achievement when the audience accepts you warmly. This reflects your level of communication skills and acumen. Take this average engineer.

I do worry if you will get constant raises, bonuses, or title changes to show you’ve progressed if your boss is so terrible he will badmouth your performance or not approve salary increases. Or it could be that he is just mentally ill, has some sort of addiction, or low self esteem. 12) Weigh is this worth x, y, z?

Never again will I allow attacks on my self-confidence and self-esteem, but I will never forget or deny how it feels. CitiGroup and Google are a part of an increasingly growing group of companies that are publicly posting salary ranges for all jobs and are spending money to close the wage gap.
