A survey conducted in Britain states that solving your problems and being most productive happens before noon. 10:04 am is actually the time that you are most productive. 4:33 pm is the least productive time of your entire work day.

I understand a company would be interested in knowing why people unsubscribe so they can improve their business, but a quick voluntary survey back would have been more appropriate. Nine times out of ten the reason is "Other or will not disclose," which is a perfectly legitimate reason and I think people should be respected and not bothered.

Global advantages – Different time zones can save money if only needing one shift. Depending on the products or services, call centers have to be able to adapt to their customers’ needs and forge ahead with solutions. Surveys aren’t always the best way to determine if a call center is doing a good job.
