One of my colleagues asked me this same question a short while ago and she was very surprised to hear that there is an "Advanced Find" function on Microsoft Outlook. Does your boss come up to you and ask you to find information on an e-mail that youve received and needs it yesterday? Then click on Options, Advanced Find.

Here are 9 steps to creating an e-mail template in Microsoft Outlook : On the Tools menu, click Options , then click the Mail Format tab. To be a little more productive at my job, I thought Id create e-mail templates, which save quite a bit of time in the long run. Click Apply , then OK.
