I convinced my manager to let me work remotely from Buenos Aires, my favorite city, for two three-month stints. hours, I carve out time for sightseeing, activities and, of course, lots of eating. Our days typically include breakfast, gym, sightseeing, work and dinner, adjusting for different time zones. Elliot Rozenberg.

Here are some reasons I think managers can get possessive: Im not sure I can trust you. A manager has to have confidence that you know how to do your job. I never wanted to be a manager.

I use my iPhone every day and I’ve found there are loads of apps which are really helpful for assistants and their managers, most of which probably have either an iPhone or an iPad. This app is slightly more expensive but worth paying for if your manager travels a lot. Love this app for myself and my manager. FlightTrack: £2.99

Assistants can also recommend all of the apps to their manager. This app is slightly expensive but worth paying for if your manager travels a lot. There are dozens of free travel guide apps and I do think it is worthwhile adding them to your manager’s device while they are abroad. FlightTrack: £2.99 for Pro version.
