But I do use the Task list to hold ideas that spontaneously come up during the day that I know I’ll want to consider when I have time, but that I don’t have time to given even two minutes to right then. In the Advanced/General preferences panel, you can set Postbox to use Gmail’s keyboard shortcuts and you can also create events within Google Calendar for detected dates. In my job I travel and take my laptop, and with that I use a WIFI modem. It looks a lot like the native Apple Mail.app, but has a whole lot more under the hood.

I sat at my kitchen table watching my phone blow up while people were emailing and IM’ing me all at the same time wanting to know why they couldn’t get on the call. You will also have to do some tidying up, editing your cover artwork and making the pages look good, which you usually don’t do at your blog (your theme does this for you). Why would you want to convert that traffic?

I personally use a Franklin Covey planner because I love the look of the pages, but many other companies make planner pages with the same set-up.  Thinking Through A Pen As a writer, I enjoy being able to open up my planner to jot things down. Keeps all your appointments, contacts and email in one spot so it's all synched up.

You actually end up thinking that you are working harder, yet you are reducing your productivity by about 30%. Thats quite a bit of work that you could be catching up on throughout your day, each and every day. Then I would open up the applications associated with the next task. Believe it or not, this can lower productivity.

Defeat Keyloggers by not using the keyboard to type passwords. Back up your passwords and copy them between computers. Encrypt your passwords to achieve complete security. Generate random passwords to maximize password strength. Fight Phishing by entering passwords only on matching web sites.

The topic was on personal branding and they were making recommendations to executives on how to polish up their image. I use this all the time on my calendar and my boss's calendar, and it helps us both to know which events are phone calls which he can take in the office or on the road (yellow) or which events will require travel (blue).

I was at the cottage with a friend and she was cranky and started to get wound up about something to do with her husband. It works well when it is a co-worker who sits closest to you, but depending on how your office is set up that might not be possible. She had to set up an away voicemail message and fortunately had kept a script of what her away message usually said, She worked for a doctor so it was important that the proper referral numbers were given.

I take the bus to work and I often see people getting on a busy bus and then going through their backpack or purse looking for their bus tickets and holding up the line. I like to be prepared and I find life just works better for me at home, work and even on the bus, when I am organized and ready for whatever is coming up. no tickets.
