Here are some reasons I think managers can get possessive: Im not sure I can trust you. A manager has to have confidence that you know how to do your job. I never wanted to be a manager.

I’ve spent many many hours searching for bits of paper my manager has lost (or never actually had…), I’ve tried to remember hotels and restaurants they visited five years ago and clients they met briefly at a conference the previous summer. Good old fashioned pen and paper. Do stuff immediately.

My iPad has an awesome case and keyboard made by Zagg (in red of course to match my business brand!). I use Asana for task and project management, and the app is on my iPhone and iPad, so I can see all of my tasks at a glance and add to them if needed. Use a good task tool. Alternatively you can circuit train with or without weights.
