I think it's that way for many people who get caught up in interviewing for a job they really, really want. We all know that when we interview we're supposed to ask intelligent questions about the job, the company, the industry, etc. While management may say there is an open-door policy, is there really?

My question however, is… should I disclose the reason for my termination in my jobinterviews? While the company has a lax policy of just make sure your work gets done, the fact that the event was related to amicable termination is the problem. Needless to say, I was also terminated. And what is the best way to present it?
