The staffing agent asked if I was open to temp to perm, even though the position was for a full time EA, he feels the CEO may need time to see if it is a good fit. How long do you think is fair? This can be taken in one of two ways.

We also got 2 floating/personal holidays, about 3-10 sick days, and also working in the entertainment industry, most places shut down for the last 10-14 days of the year. We also get most bank holidays, half day or early closure before a long weekend, and some companies close early on Fridays during the summer at 2pm or 3pm.
