You will also feel more in control of the situation and less stressed. Keep an organized filing system and file list. If your boss tends to misplace things when they get it, make an extra copy for your file before giving it to them. Remind them verbally as well when you meet with them.
Much easier than searching in Outlook and less stressful. When a meeting is finalized, I put the scheduling sheet in a completed file. The good thing about keeping them all in a central spot is I always know where the paperwork is and can easily grab it when I need it.
