" One of the most productive ways to update information on files is to either create or move a file into a shared folder on your companys network drive. If your company doesnt have a network, since you might be in a smaller organization, you can e-mail the file around to the various people and ask them to add their information.
There are some companies that, unfortunately, don’t allow for purchases such as stationary , fax machines , toner , etc. Do you feel that you could find better buys, not just by going to the different stores such as Staples or Grand & Toy , but online as well? Since I work for a large corporation, this is my case as well.
Then I have my faxes set up as green. For example, I receive an e-mail from my direct supervisor. This will show up in red, since I know I have to get to this one first, before I can even touch any other one. I know that this would be next, since people depend on these quite a bit around my office.
