For instance, a company may use ChatGPT to handle FAQs and routine customer inquiries, freeing up customer service reps to focus on more complex tasks. However, as Dr. Hinds wisely points out, its essential for organizations to offer training and build trust with their teams to ensure AIs successful integration.
Who needs customer service training? They need training to answer them professionally. Adequate training is critical. But without the training—the tools—to help, interruptions may become more of a frustration. And train accordingly to respond independently to as many situations as possible.
These self-help pages may include FAQs, instructional videos, chatbots and community assistance message boards. It requires employees trained to be confident. Training magazine awarded Dollar General the No. 1 spot for employee training for good reason. Both options are time-consuming.

Herself an early graduate of AssistU who has taken that training to even greater levels, I believe Sydni can save VAs thousands of dollars in money and time growing their businesses. After attending several of her workshops, I’ve found them to be spot on.
