When training young people in ad agencies I always coach them to start with the positives, with the things they like and that are on target, then their comments will be better received and will have context. Use socialmedia. Show up on sites and blogs and forums where your ideal target market hangs out.
Every business owner should put all his energy into socialmedia and making sure people like him. He buys courses in how to use socialmedia because he thinks clients must like him. The expert says nothing is more important than being liked. Sales will follow if people like you. But that’s not what’s happening.
