Now, my theory is that King didn’t get to write pretty darn good stuff every single time he sat down at the table just because he was genetically gifted with brilliance. It would be much easier to keyboard it but I know it wouldn’t have the same effect as writing it by hand. He’s been doing it for too long. I get hand cramps!
I am not a freelancer as such but I do work from home and I’ve training my boss and colleagues to stop arranging meetings after 4pm (still working on that one), I’ve been forcing myself to step away from the keyboard and to stop checking work emails after hours. You have plenty of time left for that client. Those days are better.

Going back to school was the best gift I could give myself. I can say one thing, you sure have fire in your pen( or should I say keyboard) but I totally agree that all those years in college and unversity acquiring a B.A However, I took many courses and classes in small business management and they helped shape what I am today.
I feel the gift of speech need to be leveraged. Just once in a while… I find I have those moments as well, and if you’re not right there with the pen or the keyboard, then you’ve lost it. And it’s kind of tough to… You know, if I could …. Just grasp that moment, eh? And it feels like you’ve lost it forever. And it’s kind of sad. Yeah, but that’s our ego.
