This has led countless people to switch jobshunting for higher pay, continuing the Great Resignation, and leaving companies to struggle to fill roles. The ability to access capital is great — but not when it comes at the expense of the workers.
One of the most surprising things for me was to learn that not all companies will give you an expense account or a company credit card. That’s assuming you have enough free time to do an expense report immediately for 2 hours on top of your already busy schedule. Have money for jobhunting and working.

Private colleges may seem expensive but they offer many scholarships to help offset this cost.
