Not long ago, I wrote about the importance of diversifying your learning activities. In this article, I want to expand on that topic by helping you explore your own unique learning preferences. So, its only natural that some learning activities will be more suited to your cognitive style than others. Every brain is different.
And so, helping people to build quality relationships, to learn about their own and other peoples emotions, to have the words to describe those emotions is something that needs to be cultivated and developed. The only reason is that they havent learned the skills. Thats really kind of core to our work. Im so emotional.
Developing these soft skills examples as a growth challenge will do more than accelerate your career. These skills are often learned in college, trade schools or job training.
