Planning an event for your company or business can be an insanely overwhelming. Whether putting together an all-day meeting or holiday party, the tips below will set you on the right path to hosting a successful event. Have a clear purpose and audience for the event. Start a list of the event needs and wants.

We have been using these tools in the same way for years, “using lame templates, fiddling with the space between our bullets, and wrestling with bulky file attachments” I’m sure assistants can certainly relate to that statement!! We all use the same tools to create presentations.
With TinyScan, you can scan your documents at anywhere and store or email them as PDFfiles. I love this app, especially when handling live events. I’m using this app a lot this week as we host an event – even when I’m not onsite I know what’s going on when all communications are shared through this app. GroupMe .

I’ll also use other tags to better filter out things within those notebooks (ideasv, interviewv, reviewv, etc.), which helps me when planning out what to write about and on what days. I use Evernote to record as I conduct reviews.
