I was just playing around with the software and stumbled upon this great feature. I remember back in the day when Microsoft Excel 2003 and prior versions didn’t have this feature. Then we upgraded to Microsoft Office 2007 and voila! That’s it! Now you have a larger area to work with.

Then I have my faxes set up as green. For example, I receive an e-mail from my direct supervisor. This will show up in red, since I know I have to get to this one first, before I can even touch any other one. The reason I use the latter method is because our company policy is that we cant download any software that IT doesnt approve. Then just follow the instructions to installing and using the software. One is the easier way, where you download a file; the other is the longer way. Its compatible with any version of Outlook 2002 or later.
