Hydrate Yourself: It’s A Marathon, Not A Sprint I can’t emphasize enough on this one. With that pace in mind, I’ve taken the long view and given my self room to experiment and test the waters … and run a marathon of sprints over a sprint and burn. I have stared doing such activities in ly life too.
