AI-powered email management helps prioritize messages and automate responses, reducing administrative work. Its possible, but its actually up to you.

Even online retailers need phone support (there’s nothing worse than going to a website and having to unravel the great mystery of figuring out how to contact them beyond the FAQ list!) Out-serve competitors (don’t bash them – just be better!)

We’re buried in emails. And creating an FAQ document/page is not the solution. Instead, take a careful look at all your website and email copy to ensure you’re covering the 5 W’s – who, what, where, when, why (eh – throw in the how too!) We can’t seem to stay on top of things.

I’ve already been forwarding tasks from my various mail apps ( Postbox on Mac, Mailbox on iPhone, Mail.app on iPad) to my Mail Drop address, and now I’m inviting the most important person in my life to email tasks directly there instead. Will it stick? But it certainly is worth a shot.
