It’s a banality to point out that futurism is nowism plus either a robot butler or blasted landscape. So, I was taken with a press release we had last week from Studio Alliance which shows an AI’s depiction of the office of the future at various points over the next quarter of a century. What is most striking to me, if you set aside the Jetson-y outside views, is how much like the office of the present each is.

A well-considered workplace, one that is precisely tailored to the routines, needs, and preferences of the people who use it, will be the star attraction for post-COVID office buildings.
Final regulations implement the Taxpayer First Act by requiring you to e-file all your information returns—your W-2s, 1099s, 1095s, and other information returns—if you’re filing a combined total of at least 10 returns, beginning with returns filed next year. The TFA also includes a knock-on provision, which requires you to e-file other returns. The final regs set the effective date for this provision at returns required to be filed for taxable years ending on or after Dec. 31, 2023.

WeWork has huge name recognition, and that, alongside its 500 odd coworking centers, constitute a potentially valuable asset for the right buyer. I would strongly advise against any real estate firm trying to do it without an operator, because as much as they may think they understand the coworking business, their track record is short and undistinguished in this sector.
