U.S. companies are pulling the plug on Gen Z workers, often within weeks of hire. In a new survey by Intelligent.com , almost 20% of companies say they’ve reconsidered hiring Gen Z workers, claiming that they “are unprofessional“ and don’t know how to communicate. The study isn’t exactly complimentary to younger workers. According to Intelligent, 75% of U.S. businesses say that many recent college grad hires were “unsatisfactory,” while 60% have pink-slipped a recent graduate hire.
