I first met Dan Kleftstad at WNIJ , the NPR affiliate station in my town. I was visiting the station, and he was the current Morning Edition host, but he was also on his way out. There’s a dog-eared, yellowing paperback on my bookshelf called Understanding Offices. Written by Joanna Eley and Alexi Marmot, it dates from 1995.
