When I travel, I take my laptop and Kindle Fire. I let my peeps know where I am (and the time. I always synch all of my files from my main Mac computer in my home office to Dropbox so that I am sure to have all of them handy while on the road by using the app on my phone and tablet.   Tips for Health Conscious Travelers.

No matter if you are crossing over multiple time zones or simply want to be able to go to the park and work outside, creating your freedom is possible. Fun travel apps are Skype (for calling home), SimplyNoise (great for sleeping in noisy places), Sit or Squat (find a bathroom), and CheapGas.

Frustration Level (0 – 1oo): 45 – UIDatePicker is still a nasty thing, not to mention that working with time in Objective C is a pain in the arse. You have to subclass Calendars, Time Zones and Time Components if you want to do some fine grained date comparisons. Complicated.
