LNM LOVES Dropbox! Then we found out about Dropbox. We now have Dropbox on 4 of our LNM computers and we are able to share files and they update automatically which would have been a problem with a server-type solution. I travel by car to see many of my clients, in their homes. We considered a cloud as well.
This is where I mark travel and other significant events throughout the month. I use Google Calendar as a back up for all my important dates, travel, appointments, etc. parents, travel companies, credit card companies, etc.) I keep a copy of this in my online Dropbox and a physical printed copy in my planner.
Also, if you prefer to book your own travel or schedule meetings yourself, there’s no shame in wanting to keep those tasks.
