" That is what I heard from her as we were talking on the phone. Evernote information is stored in the cloud (so that I do not have to worry about my computer crashing) but allows me to add a note from my computer, iPad, or phone. LNM LOVES Dropbox! Then we found out about Dropbox. OK!

In theory, electronic tools are always in your pocket or just a click away—whether on your phone, tablet, or laptop. Things I had input on my phone wouldn’t show up on my computer and vice versa. I use Gmail and my phone for managing contact information including email addresses, phone numbers and physical/mailing addresses.

They just don’t want to get on that damn train or freeway or whatever it happens to be for an hour each way with a whole bunch of smelly people they don’t know and worry about it being on time and the stress that goes along with that. Do you think that’s more of it or less of it? Or before App Stores existed.

Someone may tell you what you “should” be giving up but hiring a VA is supposed to make your life easier – not more stressful or uncomfortable. Email, text, phone, chat? Google Drive, Dropbox, and Box are all great options. Hiring a virtual assistant is supposed to release stress, not increase it.
