It’s the eleventh hour and you have to send a form to someone with no time to spare. Usually this involves a fax machine, scanner, printer, or all 3. Don’t go digging in the attic for the fax machine you haven’t used in years. To fill out and sign the form, I used SignMyPad ($3.99). Not anymore.

Ask your VA/service provider if she has a Credit Card Authorization form that she can send to you, and you fax back to her. Put your CC info in a Word document, and send to her via a secure file transfer service like Send This File or Dropbox. Instead use one of these options: 1.

Having VAs I can simply fax order forms to. I have Dropbox on my phone as well so I can easily send documents to my consultants while on the road. Management example: maintaining a frequently requested/used links doc in Evernote, and up to date forms and procedures. I used to carry 12 paperbacks on ever trip.

  Even if you are not the most technical person on your block, you probably have some form of technology in your life that you love.  Since I work at home (and because we're full-time RVers, always on the road), I need to be able to fax/copy/convert from anywhere. LNM LOVES Dropbox! We considered a cloud as well.
