You might squeeze in a phone call at the airport or in a taxi, but this is iffy, so don’t rely on it. Don’t forget email, a daily (at least) recurring task that must be planned for.

  When people access the site from their phones, you have created a very clean and easy to navigate view.    Others were more difficult to navigate when on my phone.    Besides that, we use dropbox , evernote , and google docs to sync things that the whole team can access at any point.
