I found the list in my ‘things to keep’ file the other day and thought I would share it with you all. Don’t keep your electronic equipment on if you are not using it – if your mobile phone is fully charged remove it from the charger. Recycle scrap paper for notes / doodling etc. Recycle any waste paper using the bins provided.

Notebooks – I have one hard back A4 notebook for meetings and one A5 scrapbook for scribbles, doodles and messy thoughts. Files – see my previous blog on my filing system. The phone should be on the desk as near to your keyboard and computer screen as possible. I use the small post-it index flags all the time as well.
