If you share a cubicle wall, inquire about switching desk locations. You don’t have to invite them to your house for the holidays. Separate Yourself. If you just can’t handle it, remove yourself from this person’s presence as much as possible. If they eat lunch in the break room, take yours outside. You just have to work with them.
