Of course, all the best-laid plans go astray, as they say. Of course my on-the-job experience was invaluable too, but the things I picked up at University are embedded in a different way. Speaking to the subject coordinator today, she said that the course is trying to keep up with the times in terms of new technology and media.

MacJournal Shortcut MacJournal also features a keyboard shortcut, so every time I feel my idea will be pretty close to a blog post (as opposed to other types of ideas, like blog post series, guest post ideas, strategies or just interesting bits and pieces) I use this shortcut directly. We really dont have an excuse because it is becoming increasingly easy to take courses online. I have had great experiences learning online in interactive courses. One question I have about this entry is where do you find online courses. However now with the economic times I think travel will be a no go for some time yet.

I printed his e-ticket and had everything prepared for his travel. Linda (our travel agent) was obviously having a bad day. Years ago, when I worked for the Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP), I took a training course on a Telex machine. Of course I had to tell everyone at the office. * Needless to say -- it worked!

Of course the simple solution would be to have the same password for every aspect of your life, but nope that doesn’t work. Of course even if the system hadnt crashed, I would have needed to know my server and Outlook password so I could get into my sub-folder with all my passwords? But they refuse to help me out.

It is usually a business I am interested in and I want to know when new courses or products are offered. I still get some flyers by regular mail and I do still appreciate them when it is a menu from a fast-food restaurant, money-back coupons or notices of courses in my area, but otherwise I throw them in the recycle bin.

The good thing about on-line courses, is anyone can do it from anywhere. When it gets closer to the course date and it doesnt look like they will fill the seats, they offer the course at a cheaper price. They can slot you into courses, either online or live classrooms that are happening tomorrow or later on.

Sit down dinners Of course if it is a sit down dinner you have to order for the number of guests you have. I usually contact the hotel directly, although I sometimes go through a travel agent to find out intial names of hotels in the city that are close to my event, but after the booking I always take over the discussions.
