The keyboard should usually be at a low height, near the height of your elbows and the mouse should be right next to the keyboard. Try different keyboards and mice – there are many designs on the market. Position the monitor so the top is about at the level of your eyes and it is straight in front of you.
Put pen to paper (or finger tips to keyboard) and record important dates in a calendar, notebook or on your mobile device. So hang up the phone, find a quiet place and focus. Stay organized. Many people overlook this crucial step and end up missing important appointments, deadlines or details.

It’s fun, but it’s not like I sit at my keyboard, occasionally throwing my arms into the air and squealing, “Wheeeeeee! The distractions of Twitter and the like can stifle the flow of content and if we do that, then we have no chance. . “That’s what I want.” It’s true that I really enjoy writing, but it’s rarely easy.
