For those just starting out in the clerical field, I cannot stress enough working on your keyboarding skills. Here’s a few sites on-line where you can get some keyboarding practice: Peter’s On-line Typing Course – this is the best one, in my opinion. Keyboard Lessons – 10 lessons for keyboarding.

We work in a very busy office so it was a nice surprise for her to receive it and helped put the stress of the office in perspective. She loved it!
