I love how Google quietly and consistently adds new tools – and new capabilities to existing ones. A favorite tool of mine is GoogleDocs – spreadsheets in particular. How do you use GoogleDocs? Image via CrunchBase. I use it for clients as well as myself. post conference/teleseminar feedback, etc.

Every time I open up the post in GoogleDocs, I either draw a blank, realize there are other things I want to add, or I’m overwhelmed with how much I still have to write, rewrite, omit or even other resources I want to reference. Having tried Thinkfree for quite some time, I would suggest people also try Zoho.com Zoho allows for offline editing, and access to GoogleDocs, which mitigates the fear of a web based startup going under with all of your data. There are apps for all major portable platforms, and it synchronizes all of them. Powered by frugal
I use Googledocs myself which has a simple huge numbered list and the new ideas go at the top. I haven’t systematized the “emptying process&# or weekly review yet, but I am getting there:) Thanks for great ideas on how to make our blogging more productive, fun and rewarding experience!
