Even if you technically manage to do a good job, it’s not going to be the best work you can produce. No one is born knowing time management, and I think unfortunately, the creative types suffer problems with it just a wee bit more than the average person. Those are not good times to keep working. Just plain polite, no?
In addition to blogging etc, I’m a management consultant who comes from many years of actual experience leading businesses of many types and sizes, and I feel I’m “hard wired&# to get results. Finally, make sure your skin is thick enough to manage those people who invariably will try to take you down.&# I hope not.
