Add to that the fact that I hadn’t exercised since Reagan was President – it was a pretty tame routine by all standards of comparison. I am a customer service trainer, and in training I reiterate the importance of the customer relationship. No change. No change in the routine.

Amazon’s $20 increase for Prime members certainly drew a lot of derogatory hoopla this past week with social media and forums all buzzing with criticism about the 25% hike. These are the people who spend twice as much as non-Prime members annually, and it’s all about convenience, selection, and price comparisons.
