There are some companies that, unfortunately, don’t allow for purchases such as stationary , fax machines , toner , etc. Do you feel that you could find better buys, not just by going to the different stores such as Staples or Grand & Toy , but online as well? Using e-mail is a great tool, especially if you are trying to cut down on company costs via international phone calls and postage fees. Another point I would like to stress is to archive your e-mails for a certain period of time that either you or your company feels would be appropriate. At least you will have proof of it.

It would be interesting to see how many companies would allow for this type of dress code, since quite a lot of places have client visits on a regular basis. That makes sense, but can this system be applied to other information, like monthly bills, tax returns, staff, legal issues, normal company information? B eing able to retrieve the data is more important than an organized alphabetized file drawer. I remember going to a walk-in clinic (doctors office) for an ailment at the time.
