Avoid gossiping. Today, I want to address co-worker dragons. Convey a bad mood at the office. Don’t perform their part of a job.

Overall, whether it’s gossip from co-workers, violence in the media, pessimism in your own thoughts or other influences, make conscious efforts to reduce your exposure to the negative. Take a dance or fitness class. Make a commitment to fitness.
