Join a class at your fitness club, an exercise group or a team sport. Find a mentor. I’m working on taking time off for visits, but in the meantime I’ll reconnect the old-fashioned way by writing, sending cards throughout the year; little gifts the family might enjoy, too. Ask questions of mentors and peers. Get a leg up.
