Calendars - The new person will be starting with a fresh calendar. Take anything off your calendar and write it down for them so they can transfer it to their calendar. It is my junk drawer with clips and staples and just about anything I might need during the day. Clean out your desk - My desk drawer is a mess.

Folder Structure: Build your folders to follow your natural train of thought and don’t be afraid to make multiple layers of folders to stay organized. A good rule of thumb is if you would put the physical information together with a paper clip or staple, then they belong in a folder together.
