Our organization uses Google Apps for our e-mail, calendar and cloud solution. By using labels in combination with filters, I am able to automatically sort and label (file) most of my e-mail before it arrives in my in-box. I'll read and delete and save those of interest in a file. Act on the e-mail. so then do it.
