Add your Linked URL to your Business Card. You wouldn’t throw a business card at someone and then walk away would you? If you don’t currently have an up to date CV you can turn your LinkedIn profile into a PDF. Tag on media at the bottom of your summary profile (videos, pdf, blogs, etc.)

When the HVAC system was installed, someone thought we might want the user manual for the system: a 400 page PDF document. Instead of filing the PDF on the network, the document was printed and placed in a filing cabinet , where it will sit until doomsday. I can print any web page to pdf and store it on the drive. It adds up.

Document Storage - When I receive a document (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, or PDF) that I’ll need again, I forward it to Evernote. Store Business Cards - Instead of collecting a pile of business cards that you’ll lose, photograph or scan them send the images to Evernote.
