Keeping your desk and files clutter–free in a paper–filled environment isn’t easy, but a little planning and a little technology can help. File it in a Reminder file or in your file cabinet.
Catch up on your filing. Create (or update) your policies and procedures manual. But don’t forget your PC – go through and eliminate unused files. Go through the businesscards you collected and follow up. Reconnect with business associates and former clients. Go through those business magazines.
