In a nut shell, you download the free software , install it and it’s always running in the background. It might even keep you reading information in the browser, instead of focusing on your original task. There is a more productive method that you can use to conduct your research. There is a new service called Kallout.

If your manager travels on one airline frequently it is worth downloading their app.
