I am actually a part of a committee called the “Administrative Exchange&# at my firm. We hold meetings every so often (since everyone’s busy and can’t really figure out when these meetings work for everyone), but we do try to meet at least once every quarter.
Although I think this is mainly used for events I also think it works well for Committee meetings. By taking a photo of someone’s businesscard the app allows you to immediately transfer his or her contact details to your phone or tablet. The app converts the report to a PDF and then you can send that via email to yourself.
