I recently added a post called " Outlook Rules That Rule " from a fellow Administrative Assistants blog. Then I have my faxes set up as green. Do you feel overwhelmed with trying to figure out who you should respond to first? There is another method to this madness though.

I found mine, but took quite a few jobs before this to get to where I was and a few thousand applications and faxing resumes later. But trying to find your dream job can be possible. You just have to keep looking until you find yours! Remember, money isn’t everything.
There are some companies that, unfortunately, don’t allow for purchases such as stationary , fax machines , toner , etc. Do you feel that you could find better buys, not just by going to the different stores such as Staples or Grand & Toy , but online as well? Since I work for a large corporation, this is my case as well.

The time finally comes when your boss is flying out to that all important business trip. They forget to do their own flight check-in and dont have time, so they call you up and ask you to do it.

With this in mind, it is more about perception than anything else, thus there is no particular tried and true way a person can act to achieve success as it is all dependant on the synergistic quality between the employee and manager.
How many blogs, online tools, software and books are there nowadays providing the latest, fashionable way to hit the peak of productivity? It seems to me that there is now an increasing shift toward simplifying our lives. Who needs to be productive when the amount of stuff you have to deal with is cut in half?
