A long time ago I blogged about what to wear since I was interviewing for non-corporate roles or companies. What throws me off more is when I interview for senior management at a very atypical company. As you may know, my standard interview outfit for being a CEO’s assistant is an all black suit with pointy heels in black.

One time, I was even offered a job after only working with an A-lister’s manager for a couple of hours. Anyone successful or famous usually has a lot of gatekeepers - assistants, publicists, agents, managers, family, or their sidekick/entourage. Wear proper attire. Here are my tips for you. Don't gush. Look for it the next day.
