The goal is to set a date and time and to work around it even as other meetings come up. However, I will say that I’ve worked for CEOs and if they were gone, out of the country for winter holiday so we were 100% certain they would not see us, me and other assistants dressed in a loose-fitted sweatpants/shirt set or gym clothes.
