I have been getting a lot of emails from assistants wondering how they can watch the Summit in their timezone. So, you don’t have to get up in the middle of the night in your PJs and log on to the Summit (although if you want to, that would be totally awesome!) Welcome everyone, the Summit really is going global!
You don’t allow people to take PTO, even the most basic things it shows. And I know you’ve got up to 50,000 gyms and just massive global network. And if you don’t have the data, just say, I don’t have it. It has to be top down and genuine. So this is at 93% of people, which to me is incredible.

I always have a hard time deciding whether to go to the office Christmas party. The office party can be a good time for some networking with the different people in your organization.
