If you’re a PC user, all you have to do is press the “Start” menu button—the one with the Microsoft logo—on your keyboard, type in the file name, and click the file you’re looking for. Granted, cloud storage services like Dropbox and hard drives also limit the number of files they can accommodate at a time.

The user can type their notes using the iPad keyboard, add photos, import and annotate PDFs, organise pages and tag each notebook. My iPad has an awesome case and keyboard made by Zagg (in red of course to match my business brand!). I always synch all of my files from my main Mac computer in my home office to Dropbox so that I am sure to have all of them handy while on the road by using the app on my phone and tablet. I have a "virtual" speaking.
